Method

    Defrost the bun as per the on pack instructions

    Deep fry the cod fillet as per the on pack instructions, drain well

  3. 3

    Toast the inside of the bun & top the base with tartare sauce & the salad leaf

    Place on the cod fillet & gherkins & finish with the bun lid

    Cook the peas for 3-4 mins in boiling salted water & drain well

  6. 6

    Deep fry the chips, drain well, sprinkle with a little salt & serve next to the burger
