Method

    Peel, core & grate the apple into a bowl. Add the seeds, oats & cinnamon

    Stir in the yogurt & 50ml of cold water. Cover & leave to soak overnight in a refrigeratror

    Spoon into a bowl & serve with the blueberries & some toasted hazelnut
