Method

    Bring the milk to the boil & thicken with the cornflour for the sauce, stir in the cream & mustard.

    Toast the bread. Place a slice of ham on one slice of bread.

    Top with the two thirds of the sauce & grated cheese, brown under the grill, sprinkle on half the chopped parsley.

    Top with the other slice of bread, remaining sauce & cheese, brown under the grill. Garnish with a sprig of parsley.
