Method

    Defrost the burger bun overnight in a refrigerator

    Cook the burger under the grill, in the oven, or on a BBQ until fully cooked through

    Grill the bacon until crispy

    Place the cheese on the burger & flash under the grill until the cheese melts

  5. 5

    Fry the chips in hot oil until golden brown & cooked. Tip out onto paper to drain & sprinkle with a little salt

    Split the bun, toast both insides

  7. 7

    Build on the base with burger sauce, then the burger, the bacon & the lid. Serve with the fries
