Method

    Defrost the dough puck overnight in a refrigerator. Roll out to 9" in diameter

    Spread the base with sauce & top with the grated cheese

    Sprinkle with oregano & cook in a very hot oven for 8-10 mins (depending on your pizza oven)

    Cut into portions & serve immediately
