Vegan Roasted Vegetable & Houmous Wrap

Method

   Dice the pepper & courgette, splash with as little oil & roast until starting to char

   Set aside to cool for a few minutes

   Spread the wrap with homous & top with the roasted vegetables

4. 4

   Finish with shredded basil

5. 5

   Roll the wrap & serve immediately
