Halloumi Salad Wrap

Method

1. 1

   Place the wrap on a board & cut once from the middle to the outside

   Spoon the houmous onto the bottom left quarter

3. 3

   Place the rocket onto the top left quarter

4. 4

   Cut the cucumber & tomato into strips & place on the top right quarter

5. 5

   Lightly grill the Halloumi & put onto the bottom right corner

6. 6

   Fold the bottom left quarter over the rocket, then that quarter over the cucumber & tomato & then finally over the Halloumi

   Place on a panini or contact grill & lightly toast the outside

8. 8

   Serve immediately
