Method

    Fry the chips in hot oil for 10 to 12 mins until golden brown. Drain well & tip on to paper to remove the excess oil. Sprinkle with a little salt.

    Place in the tray, top with the salsa & Violife Grated

    Bake in the oven for 6 to 8 mins until the Violife Grated starts to melt

  4. 4

    Serve in the tray with a napkin & the beer
