Defrost the pizza puck as per the on pack instructions

Slice the vegetables, splash with a little oil & roast in the oven for a few minutes until just starting to brown

Roll out the puck to a 9" round, spread with the pizza sauce

Top with the violife grated & the roasted vegetables

Sprinkle with the paprika & bake in a hot oven until the cheese is golden & bubbling
