Aberdeen Angus Onion Stack Burger & Fries

Method

   Defrost the bun overnight in a refrigerator

   Grill or oven bake the burger until fully cooked through

   Deep fry the onion rings for 8-10 mins, drain well on paper

4. 4

   Toast the bun, top the base with rocket, a slice of tomato, the pickled red onion & then the burger

5. 5

   Secure the burger with a skewer & place the onion rings on it
