Method

    Seal the steak in hot oil & cook for 1 minute on each side

    Deep fry the hash browns for 8 to 10 mins until golden brown. Drain well on kitchen paper

    Fry the egg in a little hot oil until the white is cooked & the yok still runny

  4. 4

    Cut a cross in the botrtom of the tomato, spash with oil & roast in the oven until cooked

  5. 5

    Warm the hollandaise sauce

  6. 6

    Serve the steak next to the hash browns, egg & tomato with a small pot of hollandaise sauce.
