Method

    Slice the tomato & de-stalk the mushrooms

    Toss the tomato slices & mushrooms in a little oil & season well

    Place alternate layers of tomato, mushroom, Sheese mild slices & basil on a baking tray

    Bake in a hot oven for 15-20 mins until cooked & the Sheese is starting to soften

  5. 5

    Serve on a plate with some salad leaves tossed in French dressing
