Deep fry the fries until golden brown for approximately 4 minutes

Tip out onto paper to drain & sprinkle with a little salt

Warm the tomato sauce in a pan or microwave

Place the chips in a dish & top with the tomato sauce, grated cheese & sliced pepperoni

Flash under the grill until the cheese starts to melt
