Method

    Deep fry the fries until golden brown for approximately 4 minutes

    Tip out onto paper to drain & sprinkle with a little salt

  3. 3

    Re-heat the chilli as per the on pack instructions

  4. 4

    Place the chips in a dish & top with the chilli & grated cheese

  5. 5

    Flash under the grill until the cheese starts to melt

  6. 6

    Garnish with some sliced chilli & serve
