  • Maggi Multi Use Tomato Sauce 800g

  • Banana Shallots 1kg
    M177145 1/2 shallot

  • Farm Fresh Garlic String 500g

  • CL Crushed Chillies 350g

  • Vrysaki Halloumi Log 750g

Method

    Peel & chop the shallots

    Peel & crush the garlic

  3. 3

    Clean & pick the stalks out of the mushroom. Finely dice the stalks

  4. 4

    Sweat the shallots off in a little oil & add the garlic, mushroom stalk & chilli & cook until soft

  5. 5

    Mix in the tomato sauce, simmer for 10-15 mins. Season to taste

    Put the mushroom caps on a tray, splash with a little oil & season. Fill the middle with tomato sauce & top with Halloumi

    Put in the oven & bake for 15-20 mins at 200C until the cheese is melted & starting to brown

    Slice the ciabatta into 3 & toast under the grill

    Serve the baked mushrooms drizzled with a little of the tomato sauce with the ciabatta slices
