Method

    Deep fry the chicken fillets in hot oil until golden brown. Tip out onto paper to drain

    Toast the insides of the bun, spoon on the mayonnaise & shredded iceberg

    Deep fry the hash brown until golden brown, tip out onto paper to drain

  4. 4

    Top the lettuce with the chicken, the cheese slice & then the hash brown
