Method

    Make up the eggwash by whisking the egg into the milk

    Soften the butter in a microwave, peel & chop the garlic & stir through the butter with the oregano

  3. 3

    Prepare 3 separate dishes, one of seasoned flour, one of egg wash & one of breadcrumbs

  4. 4

    Dip a chicken breast in flour until lightly coated, then dip into the eggwask until all covered

  5. 5

    Finally coat the chicken in breadcrumbs ensuring all the chicken is covered.

    Deep fry the chicken in hot oil to seal the breadcrumbs, then transfer to a tray

    Cook in a hot oven for 15-20 mins until fully cooked through & no pink remains

    Deep fry the chips, tip out onto paper to drain & sprinkle with a little salt

    Serve the chicken next to the chips in a take away container with a small pot of garlic butter
