Method

    Cook the steak to the customers requirements

    Rare 1 1/2 mins each side

    Medium Rare 2 mins each side

  4. 4

    Medium 2 1/2 mins each side

    Medium Well 3 1/2 mins each side

    Well Done 5 mins each side

    Deep fry the chips as per the on pack instructions. Drain well on some paper & sprinkle with salt

    Spalsh the tomato with oil & roast in the oven for 4 to 5 mins

    Saute the mushrooms in a little oil & butter, season to taste

    Warm the sauce & serve in a separate pot
