Method

Seal the chicken thighs in hot oil & roast in the oven for 15 mins

Melt the honey in a pan with the soy sauce & add the garlic

Stir in the chilli sauce to make a sticky sauce.

Pour over the chicken thighs, make sure they are all well coated in sauce
- 5
Put them back in the oven for a final 5 mins, insert the skewers
- 6
Serve with shredded spring onion & a pinch of sesame seeds
