Roasted Vegetable & Houmous Wrap

Method

   Peel & cut the onion into thick slices

   Trim & cut the pepper into thick sliced

3. 3

   Splash with oil, season & sprinkle with a little oregano. Roast in a hot oven until starting to char

4. 4

   Warm the wraps, fill with the little gem, homous & roasted vegetables

5. 5

   Fold into wraps & serve
