Method

    Make up the pancake mix as per the on pack instructions

    Cook the pancake in a little hot oil in a non stick pan

    Spread with the strawberry sauce & top with sliced strawberries

    Then the white chocolate sauce & cookie crumbs

  5. 5

    Fold over & finish with a little white chocolate sauce & white chocolate blossoms

    Serve with a scoop of ice cream
