Method

    Make up the waffle mix as per the on pack instructions

    Heat a small amout of oil in a waffle pan, ladel in the mix & cook for 5 mins

    Top with raspberries, half a brownie chopped into squares & white chocolate sauce

    Serve with Ice Cream or cream
