Method

    Melt the sugar in boiling water with a cinnamon stick & leave to cool

    Peel & segment the oranges. Squeeze any juice into the stock syrup

    Wash the grapes & de-stalk

    Peel & slice the kiwi

  5. 5

    Wash, de-core & dice up the apples.

  6. 6

    Remove the cinnamon stick & stir all the fruit through the cooled stock syrup

    Serve in a bowl with a scoop of ice cream & garnished with a Strawberry
