Method

    Defrost the panini for 1 hour at room temperature

    Melt the sugar in a pan with the soy sauce & add the garlic

  3. 3

    Stir in the chilli sauce to make a sticky sauce. Add the fillet pieces & cook for 2 to 3 mins

    Split the panini & fill with the chicken mix

  5. 5

    Top with the grated violife, then the panini top & grill for 2 to 3 mins

  6. 6

    Cut in half diagonally & serve with shredded spring onion
