Vegan Forest Fruits Sundae

Method

   Defrost the fruit overnight in a refrigerator

   Whisk the cream until it forms stiff peaks

3. 3

   Spoon some of the fruit into the bottom of a sundae glass

4. 4

   Alternate scoops of ice cream & fruit

5. 5

   Spoon the whipped cream on top of the sundae

6. 6

   Sprinkle with some fruit

7. 7

   Spoon the remaining juice off the fruit over the sundae
