Method

    Reheat the jacket potato as per the on pack instructions

    Sweat off the fillet pieces in a little oil, pour on the balti sauce & simmer for 10 mins

    Dice the cucumber, chop the mint & mix with the Alpro Plain

  4. 4

    Serve the potato filled with the balti with a pot of the dip

    Garnish with chopped corriander
