Method

Deep fry the chicken fillets in hot oil until golden brown. Tip out onto paper to drain

Shred the lettuce & cabbage, cut the pepper into strips

Spoon the sweet chilli sauce into the wrap

Fill with the salad & the chicken fillets

Fold the wrap & toast in a panini grill

Serve immediately
