Method

Bake the potatoes in a hot oven for approx 30 mins until just cooked inside

Peel & chop the garlic & stir into the grated Sheese with the oregano

Split the potatoes in half lengthways & place on a baking tray

Sprinkle with the Sheese & finish in the oven or under the grill
