Method

    Defrost a burger overnight in a refrigerator

    Break the burger up & mix with the chilli sauce. Roll into a sausage shape & put on to the skewer

    Fry on the outside & finish in the oven until cooked through

    Shred the onion, carrot & cabbage. Mix with the mayonnaise, season to taste

    Cut the naan bread into 4 & warm 1/4 under the grill

  6. 6

    Serve the kofta with the 'slaw & bread
