Katsu Curry Topped Fries

Method

   Deep fry the fries until golden brown for approximately 4 minutes

   Tip out onto paper to drain & sprinkle with a little salt

3. 3

   Warm the katsu sauce in a pan or microwave

4. 4

   Place the chips in a dish & top with the katsu sauce,

   Serve immediately
