    Whisk the cream with the icing sugar to stiff peaks

    Prepare the fruit, cut the strawberry into quarters & slice the kiwi

    Spoon the cream into the meringue nest & top with the fruit

    Drizzle the coulis on a plate & serve the pavlova on top

    Chefs Tip: If pre-preparing paint the inside of the meringue with chocolate to stop the cream making it soggy
