Method

    Defrost the panini for 1 hour at room temperature

  2. 2

    Slice the halloumi & toss in the smoked paprika. Quickly grill or pan fry to caramelise the outsides

  3. 3

    Split the panini & spread with the red pesto

  4. 4

    Fill with the pepper & the halloumi then the panini top & grill for 2 to 3 mins

  5. 5

    Cut in half diagonally & serve with the crisps
