Sweet Banana & Hazelnut Spread Calzone

Method

   Defrost the dough puck overnight in a refrigerator

   Roll out the dough to a 12" round, stretch with your hands if needed

   Top half the pizza with 2/3 of the hazlenut spread, sliced banana & drizzle with honey

4. 4

   Fold over & seal all round the open edges. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with demarara sugar & cut 2 slices in the top

5. 5

   Bake for 20 mins in a hot oven until golden brown

   Serve with a scoop of ice cream
