Are consumers in your shop looking for branded products, or are they happy with own label?

The debate has been going on for decades, with some switching to own label as a quality alternative offering great value, whilst others swear a lifetime allegiance to brands such as Heinz Beans and Pepsi.

Research tells us that most customers buy a mixture of own label and branded goods, with 76% claiming that they make their decisions product by product*.
