Method

    Soften the butter, mix with the KitKat bits & press fimly into the base of a 20cm springform tin

    Refrigerate until set

    Let the KitKat paste soften to room temperature

  4. 4

    Melt the white chocolate & set aside until needed

  5. 5

    Beat together the soft cheese, soured cream & KitKat paste until smooth

  6. 6

    Stir in the melted white chocolate & spoon onto the biscuit base

  7. 7

    Smooth out the top & chill for approx 4 hours until set

  8. 8

    Serve with a rosette of cream & garnish with KitKat fingers & a strawberry
