Method

    Defrost the squid overnight in a refrigerator

    Mix the flour with the spices & toss in the squid rings until well coated

  3. 3

    Beat the egg & dip the floured rings in the egg

  4. 4

    Place straight into a deep fat fryer & cook for 2 to 3 mins until golden brown

  5. 5

    Tip out onto somne paper to drain

  6. 6

    Serve the squid with the salad & some tartare sauce in a separate pot
